Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care | Travel Contract
The Opportunity
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Cover POD 6 / Pinal County
, including Maricopa, Casa Grande, Eloy, and Arizona City
.
Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
Preferred Experience- Previous Home Care/Home Health RN experience
- OASIS knowledge
- Wound care experience
- ICU, ED, or Med-Surg experience is also valuable
