Community Office - Assistant Community Manager
Glendale, AZ, USA
Responsibilities- Support the daily operations of a multifamily community, including resident relations, leasing, rent collection, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with leasing and renewals, processing payments and delinquency follow-up, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, handling resident inquiries, enforcing lease policies, and supporting property marketing efforts.
- 1–3 years of property management or leasing experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Rent Cafe, or CRM).
