Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience;
Manage assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, and that service staff are trained in procedures;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, fast, that food is safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures including new items;
Hire, train, and schedule crew, and ensure Crew are motivated and recognized
