Bar Back - State Farm Stadium

Position Overview

This position is responsible for stocking, backing and cleaning bars.

As a Barback, you are an essential key to ensuring that the bars are properly stocked with all necessary supplies. This can include but is not limited to setting up bars prior to events by delivering products, ice, and supplies, as well as replenishing items during events as needed. Assisting in the breakdown and detailed cleanup of bars at the end of each event.

A successful Barback will make sure they are timely and accurate in the delivery of products and maintain all the necessary paperwork for inventory purposes and provide extraordinary customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have prior bar experience
• Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card
• Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked
• Must be discrete and keep all information and details of guests confidential
• Must have an H.S Diploma or equivalent
• Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check and math assessment involving all US monetary units
• Must be able to work with a group as well as independently

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and be on feet for several hours
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
