Shift Manager
$18-20/hr
Grand Opening with Tentative Start Date Mid November
Pickleman's is looking for friendly staff members with great customer service skills to join our team at Arrowhead Towne Center! Open 7 days a week with all shifts open, starting at $18-20/hr pickleman's has a fun and fast-paced work environment.
Experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:- Oversee business operations
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Resolve problems that occur during shift
- Stock inventory
- Balance cash register
- Maintain up-to-code work environment
- Report to general manager
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solving
- Critical thinking skills
- Natural leadership abilities
