Prep Cook

Job Description

The Food Prep is responsible for the preparation of foods according to the standardized recipes and production methods; ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service, and storage, and daily quality control checks. Works multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste, temperature, and presentation. Trains and orients selected staff on food production and safety and sanitation practices.

Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
