Bartender

Pidgin Palace Arts is hiring a Bartender for its creative, independent venue in downtown Tucson, Arizona. This is a part-time opportunity for a bartender who enjoys working in an unconventional environment and connecting with an eclectic mix of guests.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and mocktails
• Operate the bar during exhibitions, performances, and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Manage customer tabs and payments
• Support regular bar operations and event service
• Help maintain the overall atmosphere of the venue

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working evenings and event nights
• Open-minded and personable
• Enjoys working with a creative and diverse crowd
• Comfortable in a small, independent venue
• Able to work in a fast-paced event environment
