As a Box Lunch Sales Associate at Arrowhead Towne Center, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, restocking and merchandising products, and enhancing the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
