Provide member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.;
Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts; promote events to meet membership goals.;
Fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy.;
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials.;
Promote Company products and services and participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.
