AE - Stock Associate

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, a keen eye for merchandising, and a deep focus on detail. The Stockroom is your home base, but you flex your skills to support teammates and guests on the Sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work every day.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom’s efficiency and organization, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are orderly.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to improve displays.
• Support team members by stepping into non‑stock tasks and assisting guests when needed.
• Prioritize safety, following Asset Protection standards and adhering to AEO policies and procedures.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent time‑management and priority‑setting skills.
• Flexible availability, able to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Prior stock‑related experience.
