Retail Store Manager - Fabletics; Tanger Outlets Phoenix - Glendale, AZ

Job Summary

Fabletics is hiring a Retail Store Manager for our new store at Tanger Outlets Phoenix in Glendale, AZ. The Manager oversees sales and operations, recruits and trains a team, drives customer engagement, and ensures a seamless retail experience between online and physical locations.

• Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors.
• Lead a team of 10-12 associates and supervisors, setting personal and professional goals.
• Drive customer engagement through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Direct daily activities of supervisors and associates in alignment with company and store goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment teams to meet needs and requests.
• Manage operational tasks related to payroll, inventory management, and paperwork.
• Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer purchase journey.
• Provide and incorporate feedback from all levels to continuously improve business performance.

• 2+ years of managerial experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and proficiency in building advanced spreadsheet models.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communication, ability to bring the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.

This position involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Must work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
