Overview
Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team by implementing strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.
Responsibilities- Create a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers, modeling service behaviors, and coaching associates on sales training.
- Proactively resolve consumer concerns consistently with company policy and in mind of consumer satisfaction.
- Partner with store manager on elevated consumer issues.
- Participate in training new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy and programs.
- Partner with store management to set expectations, coach, and contribute to an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent.
- Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management.
- Handle cash and merchandise operations: shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment while maintaining standards.
- Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
- Work with Store Manager, Associate Manager, Assistant Store Manager to flex business strategies and meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
- Supervise store team when other management absent.
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs.
- Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
- Self‑starter with a growth mindset, adaptable to new initiatives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evening, weekend, holiday shifts).
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, etc.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
