• Customer service: Be the friendly face and expert voice that guides customers to exactly what they need.
• Team player / collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with colleagues to get the job done.
• Inventory management: Maintain stock, keeping it organized and accurate.
• Parts lookup: Master the inventory system to locate and procure parts to fulfill orders timely.

• Formal parts training and/or industry experience: Background in parts or relevant training is beneficial.
• Ability to learn mechanical and technical terms: Essential for effective performance.
• Experience with or willingness to learn parts operating systems and computer skills: Familiarity with parts systems and technology tools.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills: Key for managing tasks and building relationships.
• Exceptional customer service skills: Ensures customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Valid work authorization: Must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
