Location: 7540 West Bell Rd. Glendale, AZ

Job Type: FULL-TIME

Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: Starting at $18 / hr! Paid bi-weekly with room to grow!

• Load and unload merchandise from trucks, assemble merchandise correctly, and handle with care to prevent damage.
• Greet clients and answer phones in a prompt, professional, and polite manner as part of the team.
• Support showroom changes, tag merchandise, and help maintain displays and a clean and orderly showroom and backroom.
• Perform transactions in the sales and inventory system (POS), complete customer orders, take payments, and handle order-entry for the sales team.
• Set up delivery dates for customers.
• Consistently observe safe lifting methods.
• Provide friendly and efficient service during merchandise pickups and safely load merchandise into customers' cars.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the working environment and with all equipment and tools.
• Follow all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment.
• Exemplify a team approach and be open and honest in communication, helping others when they need assistance.
• This position is scheduled for Wednesday – Sunday.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic math, computer, and POS skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Able to lift 45 lbs., unassisted, moving furniture in showroom and warehouse.
• Able to successfully complete pre-employment background, physical, and drug screening.
• Experience operating forklift, pallet jack, and other power and/or hand tools.
• A wholehearted customer service approach with a professional and welcoming presentation.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED, 1-3 years’ work experience in a related field, retail a plus.
