Position Summary- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and determines ways to address improvement opportunities.
- Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manages inventory flow, uses equipment appropriately, handles inventory exceptions, and completes required paperwork.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and guiding support regarding self‑service technology, purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues.
- Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation; properly zones area, stocks and rotates merchandise, removes damaged/expired goods, sets up product displays, maintains modular integrity, ensures prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise, handles defective merchandise, monitors shrink security.
- Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing for accuracy.
- Handles inventory moves and displays; tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, controls shrinkage, reports poor inventory practices, uses inventory tools.
- Operates and maintains forklifts; reports unsafe conditions; informs management when forklifts not in proper working order.
- Proactively identifies customers needing help; engages them; assists with technology services; identifies shrink opportunities and problems; maintains equipment and ensures proper product organization.
- 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer service experience.
- Retail experience.
- Supervising a team.

Hourly wage range: $20.00–$28.00 per hour. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
