About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and offering support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information for the best customer experience. In addition, you will work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to keeping a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house while collaborating closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and supporting them with direct service.
- Engage customers in conversations to provide fashion guidance.
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
- Promote and sell products effectively to customers.
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
- Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
- Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, and training courses relevant to your role and future development.
- Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring proper garment care.
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes.
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories in line with visual and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure adequate stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Follow best practices for in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools.
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
- Passionate about fashion and the in‑store experience.
- Motivated by delivering a great customer experience.
- Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Have sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
Job Status:
Hourly, Non‑Exempt
