Overview
Levi Strauss & Co. is a retailer that has been pushing boundaries since 1873. We are looking for a Supervisor to be an integral member of the store management team and help implement strategies that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support the leadership team to achieve sales growth by executing sales strategies and monitoring performance.
- Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective mentorship and leadership.
- Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards of operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of strategies that support brand equity and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent people skills, capable of supporting, assisting, and coaching store associates.
- Complies with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follows directives of store management.
- Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
- Has reliable transportation and is 18 years or older.
The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $15.55 - $25.90 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications. LS&Co may pay more or less within this range based on factors such as education, experience, and performance.
