Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our new location at Tanger Outlets Phoenix in Glendale, AZ.

• Deliver an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations.
• Leverage cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, dedicated leaders, and team associates to exceed KPIs and drive the business forward.
• Engage customers with in‑store and off‑store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Co‑ordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy and value‑added shopping journey.
• Participate in continuous improvement discussions and support overall business objectives.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and meet sales goals.
• Ensure all safety and security standards are followed and communicate potential issues.
• Assist with inventory unpacking as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort addressing ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Availability to work onsite.
