Retail Merchandising Manager

Overview

We re looking for a motivated and reliable Full-Time Grocery Merchandiser to join our team in the Metro Phoenix area. In this role, you ll be responsible for ensuring our products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and easily accessible to customers across a designated route of grocery stores. This position requires you to be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and able to work in various retail environments.

• Route Driving:
  Navigate and drive a designated route throughout the Metro Phoenix area to service multiple grocery stores. You ll need a valid driver s license and a clean driving record.
• Merchandising & Stocking:
  Unload product deliveries, stock shelves, and organize product displays according to planograms and company standards. You ll be lifting and carrying products up to 40 pounds on occasion.
• Cold Environment Work:
  Regularly work in cold meat rooms and refrigerated sections to stock and rotate products.
• Deli & Food Service Area Work:
  Safely work in and around deli slicers and fryers when stocking and merchandising products in those specific departments.
• Product Rotation:
  Maintain product freshness by rotating stock and removing expired or damaged goods.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Reporting:
  Accurately track and report on product inventory, sales, and merchandising activities.

• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Driving & Transportation: A valid driver s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are essential.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in grocery, retail, or merchandising is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Work Environment Comfort:
  Must be comfortable working in a range of environments, including cold rooms and around kitchen equipment like slicers and fryers.
• Independent Worker:
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a set route and schedule.
