• Achieve and exceed market sales targets through effective communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building with consumers.
• Proactively engage customers in conversation, listen actively to their needs, and tailor product recommendations to maximize interest and sales.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of Samsung’s digital appliance line, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, and keep current with promotional campaigns and exclusive offers.
• Implement and maintain Samsung merchandising displays, follow merchandising plans with precision and timeliness, and collaborate with retail partners.
• Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights to leadership that enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
• Document all store visit activities, training targets, and performance metrics accurately for reporting purposes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Business degree is preferred.
• Minimum six (6) months of sales, promotion, or brand advocacy experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel within a 50‑mile radius of home and lift, carry, or move objects as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or non‑standard shifts and ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated integrity, customer‑centric mindset, and a “do‑whatever‑it‑takes” attitude.
