Verdict Reserve Spirits is a fast-growing Bourbon portfolio seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused Brand Ambassador to help grow our presence throughout Arizona. This is a part-time contract opportunity ideal for someone passionate about Bourbon, hospitality, and sales who wants to be part of an emerging brand from the ground floor.

The ideal candidate is a polished self-starter with strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships that drive sales and brand awareness.

This role will focus primarily on On-Premise accounts, with secondary support in Off-Premise retail accounts.

• Develop and manage a target account list:
• Approximately 50 On-Premise accounts
• 10–15 Off-Premise accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, decision-makers, bartenders, and account staff
• Drive brand visibility through:
• Cocktail menu placements
• Seasonal drink programming
• Retail displays and promotions
• Conduct staff trainings and brand education sessions
• Represent the brand at:
• Consumer tastings
• Industry events
• Promotional activations
• Support social media efforts by creating professional, engaging brand content
• Provide timely reporting and market feedback
• Achieve agreed-upon sales, depletion, and accounts sold goals

This position has strong potential to evolve into a larger sales role as the company continues to grow.

• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Hospitality
• Beverage sales
• Brand ambassador work
• Bartending
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
• Proficient using technology and social media platforms
• Knowledge of Bourbon, whiskey culture, industry trends, and competitive brands
• Existing market relationships preferred
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record required
  
  Willingness to travel throughout the Arizona market
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability for afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend events
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and remain active for extended periods

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
