Job Summary:
Lead business development efforts for a growing staffing agency by identifying new clients, building long-term relationships, and expanding our workforce solutions throughout the market. This role is responsible for prospecting, client meetings, contract negotiations, account growth, and working closely with recruiting to ensure successful placements and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Develop staffing solutions for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial clients.
- Negotiate service agreements and pricing.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Work with recruiting teams to fulfill client staffing needs.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry preferred).
- Proven track record of developing new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Staffing industry experience.
- Existing network within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution industries.
- Experience in account management, client services, or customer-facing roles within staffing, HR, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and job orders at once.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or hospitality work environments and common staffing needs is preferred.
- Proficiency with office productivity software and CRM or ATS systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Problem-solving skills and sound judgment for addressing client concerns and resolving assignment issues.
- Ability to work on-site in Apple Valley, MN, including occasional visits to client locations.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
