AVP, Enrollment Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for enrolling new practices across Care Credit markets
• Deliver monthly enrollment goals through disciplined sales management, performance coaching, and the design and execution of incentive programs
• Ensure consistent and effective customer conversations and improved conversion outcomes
• Maintain strong awareness of technologies impacting sales productivity
• Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and recommend salary actions consistent with policy and results
• Develop and implement a repeatable sales language program
• Execute structured coaching cadences including call monitoring and feedback

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in Sales and/or a Call Center environment
• 3+ years of experience managing people and/or teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• 1+ year of inside and/or outside sales experience (or equivalent phone-based sales leadership exposure)
• Advanced computer skills including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
