Business Development Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.63 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
• Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to expand client base.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and prospecting to successful deal closure.
• Conduct engaging and effective customer meetings, understanding client needs and presenting tailored logistics solutions.
• Develop and prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.

Business Development Manager

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build a robust pipeline
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics services, including warehousing, transportation, and value-added solutions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
