Senior Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assists sales crew in populating and auditing client and prospect databases
• Provides sales crew with research or analyses of financial markets, products, and services
• Coordinates follow up from sales executives and other crew
• Responds to medium complexity inquiries from potential and current clients
• Supports sales executives with a variety of tactical and analytical support as well as client follow up requests to enable sales executives to maximize external client and prospect engagement
• Coordinates and participates in sales meetings, events, and other logistics for sales related activities
• Gathers metrics for data analysis
• Improves sales and client relationship management outcomes
• Outlines advantages and disadvantages to sales executives or clients on proposed solutions
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

• Two years related work experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC)
