Successful, innovative, and rapidly growing Aesthetics Company seeks an Account Manager to promote their Cosmeceutical products to physician practices, medical spas, and skincare professionals in Arizona. The company has experienced significant growth internationally and is expanding in the United States at an unprecedented rate. Their sales team is made up of talented individuals who have been with the company for many years with very little turnover.
The company features an extensive line of uniquely-positioned, inventive, science-based professional and at-home products that are directly dispensed by doctors and affiliated medical professionals to their patients. This specific territory is available due to a planned retirement, allowing you to take over an established, high-performing book of business from day one.
Position Description (Brief Overview)- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the territory by effectively selling professional and at-home products and related services.
- Personally contact, research, and secure new business accounts and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demand Creation:
Assist medical practices in growing their business by implementing a myriad of company-sponsored marketing promotions and educational seminars. - Make in-person visits and presentations every 2–4 weeks to existing and prospective customers, provide product/treatment demos, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years of related sales experience, with cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, or medical industry experience being a plus.
- Licensed and hands‑on experience as a skincare professional is a major plus (Aesthetician, educator, or 3+ years working in a professional setting).
- Successful track record in B2B sales with exceptional selling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with premium professional brands like ZO, Circadia, Image, Revision, Alastin, or Neocutis.
- Ambitious self-starter with a valid driver’s license, a college degree (preferred), and the willingness to work evenings/weekends or travel to trade shows as needed.
