Sanderson Ford is currently adding members to our outstanding sales staff due to some of our longest tenured associates retiring.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role is a plus but not necessarily a requirement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financing options and sales contracts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
