Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to lead sales and service in our retail store. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You'll model exceptional customer service, manage POS transactions, support merchandising and inventory, and mentor junior associates. This position partners closely with school service reps and lesson staff to drive store performance while advancing our mission of expanding access to quality music education in a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, student-focused sales support for instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Deliver exceptional customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Process sales, rentals, and payments accurately using POS systems
• Support merchandising, inventory stocking, and visual standards
• Educate customers on lesson programs, repairs, and financing options
• Collaborate with school service reps and lesson instructors to drive enrollments
• Mentor and support junior sales associates on products and service standards
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and performance goals
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
