Your Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads in residential markets
- Perform roof inspections and present tailored solutions
- Guide homeowners through insurance and repair processes
- Build strong relationships and help homeowners
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Attend two sales meetings per week
- One GPS meeting per week
- Attend company events in the community
What We're Looking For:
- Sales experience is required (home improvement/roofing preferred)
- Confident, self-driven, and motivated to learn
- Comfortable with door-to-door andfield sales
- Strong communicator with a professional presence
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willing to work outdoors and conduct roof inspections
