Security Guard – Large Senior Living Community, Glendale, AZ
We are seeking a diligent Security Guard to join our team at a large senior living community in Glendale, AZ. The role involves ensuring safety, responding to incidents, and maintaining the security of residents during overnight hours.

- Conduct routine security patrols throughout the community during overnight hours.
- Monitor building access, respond to alarms, resident pendants, and report safety or security concerns.
- Assist residents, staff, and visitors as needed during overnight hours.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate shift logs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies such as plumbing, electrical, or equipment issues within scope of training.
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
- Assist with room turns, work orders, and facility upkeep.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form and cooperate effectively with others.
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position.
- Trained security officer with diploma.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Surveillance skills with orientation to detail.
- Integrity and professionalism.
