Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following escalation and reporting procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and facility concerns.;
Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations.
