, hands-on leadership role, you'll work side-by-side with your crew, all while earning $35-$40 per hour

This role works from 5 AM to 2 PM (seasonal adjustments may apply). You will cover the Greater Phoenix Area, based in Glendale, AZ, dispatching from home directly to job sites—no need to report to a central location!

As our Electrical Foreman at RDS Electric, Inc., your day starts early, but there's no need to swing by the office—head straight from home to the job site. Once on site, you roll up your sleeves and lead the crew in executing electrical plans, making sure everything is built safely and efficiently. You stay sharp by identifying potential safety hazards, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining open communication with clients.

It's a working foreman role, so you manage and work alongside your team to get the job done right.

• 7+ years of electrical experience
• Ability to plan, lead, and build electrical layouts
• Awareness of safety protocols on job sites

• Driver's license
• Great people skills
• Proven leadership ability
