• $20–$45+/hour depending on experience and skill level

We are looking for a RV Service Technician to join our successful service center. Southwest RV is seeking an experienced RV Service Technician to join our family-owned and operated service facility in Glendale, Arizona. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV electrical, plumbing, appliance, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Technicians work Monday through Friday in a clean, service bay with no weekend schedule.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Perform and document complete diagnostics and repairs
• Electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance maintenance
• Track parts and materials used during repairs
• Deliver quality work that meets shop standards
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
• Team-oriented mindset with customer satisfaction as a priority

• Previous RV technician experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• RVIA certification preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
