We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for Indigo Creek in Glendale, AZ
, offering $22–$23/hr plus up to $3,000 in annual customer service bonuses and a 50% rent discount valued at $5,000 per year*.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high-quality service to residents with a focus on first-time fix and customer satisfaction
  • Complete apartment turns efficiently to meet move-in deadlines
  • Diagnose and repair issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry
  • Support preventative maintenance efforts to reduce recurring service requests
  • Mentor junior technicians or assist with training as needed
  • Assist with vendor oversight and unit inspections when required

Experience & Technical Skills Required
  • 2 years of maintenance experience in apartments, commercial facilities, hotels, or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Working knowledge in at least two core trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or carpentry)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including on-call rotations (approximately one week per month)
  • Reliable transportation for emergency response
  • Physically able to lift and move equipment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
