HVAC Maintenance & Junior Service Technician About Us
If you’re an HVAC technician ready to take the next step in your career, we have an immediate opening serving the Glendale and Peoria area. As part of the Aire Serv network, we deliver on our Done Right Promise with the backing of national systems and training resources—but our day-to-day operations are strictly a small, growing local business. You won't be micromanaged by a corporate office;
instead, you’ll be joining a team that values professionalism, quality over rushed jobs, and doing things the right way.
This is a hybrid position focused primarily on residential systems with some light commercial work. We are looking for someone with the skills and confidence to run routine maintenance and basic diagnostic calls independently. When you aren't running your own calls, we will pay you to train directly under our Lead Technician. You'll assist with and learn the ropes on larger, complex service repairs and new system installations.
If you are eager to learn, we are fully committed to investing in your training and helping you level up to a senior role.
We’re building something intentionally and offer clear expectations, systems, and opportunities to grow as the business expands.
