HVAC Installer – Residential

Up to $40/hr. + Benefits + Year-Round Work

Bumble Bee Home Services is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean installs, quality craftsmanship, and working with a team that values professionalism.

Our install team handles high-quality residential system replacements and new installs across the Valley

• Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps)
• Complete ductwork modifications and sheet metal work
• Ensure systems are installed correctly and running efficiently
• Work closely with install helpers and project managers
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics/crawlspaces
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

$30 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
