Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move‑in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
  • Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns to make the apartment ready for the next resident’s perfect move‑in experience.
  • With general direction, complete resident‑requested repairs and routine maintenance (troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, and appliances, etc.).
  • Provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians and support the development of technical skills.
  • Assist with managing vendor quality and perform move‑in/move‑out inspections.
  • Responsibilities vary based on team member skillset and community needs, mechanical systems, and season.
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction in each interaction and eager to use technology to assist as many residents as possible each day.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment.
  • Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7‑day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on‑call shifts (at least one week a month). The current work schedule is Tuesday – Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm.
  • Comfort with physical activity and ability to move heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate 22.00–25.00

    USD plus monthly customer service satisfaction bonuses; technicians who excel can earn up to 250.00

    USD per month.

Candidates extended an offer will be required to undergo pre‑employment screening that includes checking references, a four‑panel drug screening that excludes marijuana testing, employment verification, and a criminal background check.
