Pro Skill Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their work and are passionate about customer service. We want to talk to you if your workmanship and customer service are second to none.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and act in the customer's best interest at all times.
- Perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers and respond to on‑demand service calls for down HVAC systems.
- Maintain the service van according to company SOP, ensuring that you are properly stocked for daily operations.
- Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document service performed and recommendations by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
- Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Valid driver’s license and EPA certification; NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician certification are a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights, and to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Hourly pay plus performance incentives, spiffs, and commissions when applicable.

Field work across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
Pay Range$80,000 – $120,000 USD.
