• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.00‑23.00/hour.
• All service team members who participate in the on‑call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on‑call.
• Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications***

• Minimum one year of experience as a Service Technician, or similar title, in the multi‑family industry required.
• General knowledge in the following areas: plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances, and OSHA‑related standards.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience as apartment turn technician, make‑ready technician, or work‑order technician is highly desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

• Assist in the completion of make‑ready units to Mark‑Taylor standards and maintain an adequate supply of make‑ready units for the community.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct minor air conditioning and/or heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical problems, plumbing problems, minor carpentry, and drywall repairs.
• Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care, ensuring the pool is in proper chemical balance and the area is free of safety concerns.
• Complete minor roof repairs, re‑key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and correct the hazard to inform the Manager of Facilities and Service of the hazard.
• Share on‑call duty with Manager of Facilities and Service, and service team members, and be readily available to go to the property if needed in uniform/badge.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
