Salary Range: $35.00 To $40.00 Hourly

Work Schedule:
Thursday – Monday;
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and after‑hours in the event of emergencies and critical equipment failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, AC, and refrigerant systems
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC & refrigeration systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
- Track materials used per project
- Complete service reports and warranty paperwork
- Support other Facilities teams as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience required
- Resort, hotel, healthcare, or large commercial facility experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- HVAC/R certification required
- Experience servicing and troubleshooting chillers, cooling towers, and pumps
- Experience servicing AAON units strongly preferred
- Experience troubleshooting VRF systems (Toshiba, LG) strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and controls/BAS a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods (up to 8‑10 hours)
- Ability to work outdoors and in mechanical/rooftop spaces in extreme heat (Arizona climate, seasonal temperatures well above 100°F)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and at heights
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Ability to work with hand and power tools safely
- Flexibility to respond to on‑call/emergency maintenance needs as required
