Mirror Works delivers precision glass and mirror systems for commercial projects across Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Our in-house fabrication and installation teams provide consistent execution from frame to finish. In business since 1986, we work alongside general contractors, developers, architects, and builders on projects where coordination matters and details can't be left to chance.

Mirror Works is a commercial glazing contractor in Glendale, Arizona and we are hiring lead-level glaziers to run work on commercial projects across the Phoenix metropolitan area, including projects for Mayo Clinic and Honor Health.

• Run point on curtain wall, storefront, and interior glazing installs.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 glaziers.
• Work off construction documents and shop drawings; handle layout.
• Coordinate with GC superintendent's and other trades.
• Keep your scope on schedule and installed right the first time.
• Other duties as required.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years commercial glazing (curtain wall, storefront, entrances, interior glass)
• Experience leading a crew, or ready to step up
• Able to read shop drawings and perform layout.
• Valid driver's license

Preferred

• OSHA 30
• Healthcare or occupied-facility project experience a plus.
• Journeyman-level applicants will be considered - rate scaled to experience.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday.
