Macy's Store Management - Arrowhead Towne Center, Glendale, AZ

Salary: $23–$24 per hour

• Collaborative partner for the window and door installation process.
• Practice efficient & safe demolition to minimally impact customers.
• Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
• Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
• Exterior / Interior finish work on all products.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Highly motivated, self‑driven, and detail‑oriented.
• Knowledge of residential, commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, quality control, and cost control.
• Good attendance record and punctuality.
• Understanding and adherence to company and safety policies, proper lifting techniques and heat stress.
• Must be able to work with hand tools and gas‑powered equipment properly, efficiently, and safely.
• Basic knowledge of local city and state building codes.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license and clear driving record if driving for the company.
• Ability to read prints.
• Three or more years’ experience as a framing or finish carpenter in residential or commercial brick and stucco applications; required.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
