  • Inspect and test engines, drive trains, braking systems, suspension, cooling, and electrical components across all vehicle classes
  • Follow OEM guidelines and dealership protocols for every repair
  • Road-test vehicles after completion to verify work and confirm safety standards
  • Process warranty parts and documentation to Ford Motor Company requirements
  • Keep up with Ford TSBs, OEM bulletins, and required manufacturer training
  • Document labor times, parts usage, and diagnostic findings accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and return customer vehicles in the same condition
What You Bring
  • Diesel technician experience required; any OEM background considered, Ford diesel experience preferred
  • 2+ years on commercial or fleet vehicles
  • Ford Certification strongly preferred
  • ASE Certification preferred
  • CDL preferred
  • Proficiency with Ford diagnostic tools (IDS, FDRS)
  • Gas engine and heavy-line repair experience across multiple platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Personal tools appropriate for the position
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and work at production pace in a high-volume environment
Whats in It for You
  • $35–$55/hr based on certifications and experience
  • Health, medical, and dental insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off and vacation
  • Employee vehicle purchase program
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Fully air-conditioned shop
  • Stable, family-owned environment with real advancement potential for technicians who want to grow
