HVAC Service Technician

Hobaica Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems across the Greater Phoenix area. You'll respond to service calls, perform preventative maintenance, recommend solutions, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Respond to service calls and accurately troubleshoot system issues
• Explain findings and repair options to customers in a friendly, clear manner
• Recommend system improvements, replacements, or indoor air quality solutions
• Document work performed, parts used, and system conditions in service software
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards on each job
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, organized condition
• Participate in ongoing training to expand skills in HVAC and related trades
• Represent Hobaica Services with honesty, reliability, and a customer-first attitude
