Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency by performing preventive maintenance, quickly resolving equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and production equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Diagnose equipment issues using tools such as meters, gauges, and diagnostic systems.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs and maintain workflow.

• Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

• Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
