Schedule:

Full-time, 70-hour work weeks with 34-hour reset

Workplace:
Onsite

• Drive CDL-A trucks across 48 states, recovering equipment (tractors‑trailers).
• Operate a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Stay out 3-4 weeks at a time, with home time 3-4 days.
• Manage downtime such as breakdowns, delays, and limited teamwork (5-10%) to reach repair shops or tow long trailers.
• Use new, well-maintained sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions; haul both dry van and refrigerated trailers.
• Obtain rental cars and fly frequently when needed; cover fuel for rental cars if required.

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum 3 months of recent Class A CDL driving experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Cell phone capable of taking and emailing pictures of trucks.
• Comfortable traveling across the United States.

• Operating week: 70 hours (±10% variation), followed by 34-hour reset.
• Estimated mileage: ~1835 miles per week.
• Compensation includes CPM, CPM split for teams, stop pay, detention pay, layover pay.
