Salary range: $1.00 - $1.00 Hourly

• Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
• Reviews patient information prior to appointment to determine patient needs and verifies with nursing staff if there are questions.
• Implements customer‑service standards, resolves problems, and determines patient transportation system improvements.
• Informs family members of patient appointments upon request.
• Stays with patient at appointments to provide assistance upon request.
• Posts appointments daily for staff and patients at least one day prior to appointment.
• Is available to answer questions regarding the appointment.
• Enters orders for appointment and transportation and retrieves/sends diagnostic labs needed for appointment.
• Determines best route to and from appointments prior to the departing time and identifies equipment required to load and unload patient.
• Keeps equipment operating by establishing and enforcing operating and preventive maintenance rules and arranging for repairs, oil changes, etc.
• Provides and troubleshoots medical equipment needed for a patient transport, such as O2, wheelchairs, gurneys, IVs.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Must possess a valid Arizona license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must have an active CPR card.

• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop and crouch repetitively.
• Must be able to push a minimum of 200 pounds for a long distance.
• Must be able to lift bulky heavy items up to 100 pounds.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver licence.
• Must possess and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.
