- 2–3 years of experience in an L1–L2 IT Support or Technical Support role
- Hands‑on experience supporting technology in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment - Including RF scanners, label printers, and workstations
- Experience supporting the Warehouse Management System (WMS),
Manhattan WMi (IBM i / AS400) - Ability to identify and resolve issues that impact picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Strong communication skills supporting both technical teams and warehouse end users
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment
Strong troubleshooting experience with:
- WMS platforms (inventory tracking, order processing, warehouse workflows)
- SAP or similar ERP systems
Insight Global is seeking a Manhattan Support Technician to support day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑paced distribution center. This role will focus on maintaining and troubleshooting the Manhattan WMi Warehouse Management System (WMS), which is responsible for core warehouse functions such as inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. This is a hands‑on, onsite role where the technician will work directly on the warehouse floor to support both system functionality and end users.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving issues within Manhattan WMi, supporting warehouse devices such as RF scanners and label printers, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
This person will partner closely with warehouse operations and IT teams to quickly diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and keep warehouse workflows running efficiently. This is a 6-month contract with extensions and a pay range of $30-$35/hr
