Warehouse Associate

Air Life is hiring 2 Reach Truck Operators for 1st shift from 5am - 1:30pm in our Litchfield Park, temperature controlled facility. Must have reach experience, and dock stocker experience would be a plus.

The warehouse associate will be responsible for handling/moving/documenting raw materials, finished goods, and in-bound freight in the warehouse. The warehouse associate will prepare products for shipment for internal and external customers.

Minimum competencies for successful performance include knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience.

• Must be familiar with proper packing methods and materials.
• Experience with Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS World Ship required. Experience with online freight carrier software is desirable.
• Experience with scanners is helpful.

• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Previous warehouse experience in a medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of 2 to 4 years is preferred.
• 1 year of certifiable experience in operation of stand‑up forklifts/reach trucks for both of the open roles required.

• Minimum of 2 years of High School education is required.

• Check orders picked for accuracy.
• Pack orders for shipping.
• Ship products via Fed Ex, UPS, or freight carrier.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Follow all company quality and compliance regulations.
• Other duties as required.
