  • Own all warehouse activities, including storage allocations and shipping metrics
  • Ensure shipments, production requirements, and inventory movements are executed safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Maintain operational discipline that supports service, productivity, and reliability objectives
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse inventory controls
  • Establish processes that ensure inventory records reflect physical inventory, discrepancies are investigated to root cause, and corrective actions prevent recurrence
  • Ensure cycle counting, audits, reconciliation activities, and transaction accuracy support financial and operational decision-making
  • Build and develop a high-performing warehouse organization through coaching, performance management, training, and employee development
  • Establish workforce plans, staffing strategies, and competency requirements that support operational demands while strengthening organizational capability
  • Own engagement, retention, accountability, and leadership development within the department
  • Lead the warehouse safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, GMP standards, quality systems, and operational procedures
  • Maintain audit readiness, investigate incidents, address unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are sustained
  • Create an environment where safety and quality are operational expectations rather than compliance activities. Lead improvement initiatives that strengthen warehouse performance, improve service levels, reduce operating costs, increase productivity, and improve space utilization
  • Use operational metrics and business data to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements that create measurable value for the organization
  • Consistently meets or exceeds warehouse productivity and throughput targets
  • Ensure orders are processed, picked, and shipped accurately and on schedule
  • Maintains efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and warehouse space
  • Maintains inventory accuracy at or above established company standards
  • Completes cycle counts and inventory audits according to schedule
  • Proactively identifies and resolves inventory discrepancies
  • Promotes a strong safety culture and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
  • Maintains incident rates below established targets
  • Ensure employees complete required safety training and operate equipment safely
  • Achieves on-time delivery and order accuracy goals
  • Minimize shipping errors, damages, and customer complaints
  • Maintains high standards of product handling and quality
  • Build a positive, accountable, and engaged work environment
  • Provides regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
  • Effectively manages staffing levels to support operational requirements
  • Use data and performance metrics to drive decisions and improve operations
  • Identifies opportunities to reduce costs, streamline processes, and improve service
  • Successfully implements improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results
  • Operates within approved budgets and labor targets

  • Required:

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred:
    Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
